Small Group Training combines the support and attention of one-on-one training with the fun of training with a group.
When you train in a group of 2-4 people, you are forced to push yourself beyond your limits and train harder.
The trainers and participants are there to help push through the challenging exercise.
Our trainers will be present to correct improper form and explain workout techniques.
