Our metabolic reset program gives you a great foundation to moving forward with a healthy lifestyle. The goal of the 21 Day Metabolic Reset is to break the cycle of unhealthy cravings, boost your metabolism, create healthy eating and fitness habits, and identify personal health and wellness goals.
You can expect to be fully supported by our nutritionists when you sign up for our nutrition services . This includes weekly private weigh-ins and email and phone support as needed. Both live and online participants should email us for downloads of the journal, recipes, information and additional motivation.
The program works for those who choose to meet with us, in person, for evaluations, workouts and coaching (our “live” participants); and it’s designed to be equally effective for those engaging with us with the program online.
Participants will log their daily food and water intake. It is imperative that you document your 21 day metabolic reset so at the end of the program the nutritionists and nurses can evaluate in detail the areas in which you can potentially improve your health.
